This company regards itself for breaking the monotony of flagship devices at high-price with its own flagship-killer device but at the end of day, everyone needs to make money and so does OnePlus.

The start-up has been selling its quality products at a very aggressive price point until now but things are slowly but surely changing, for the sakes of surviving in the mobile ecosystem. There have been recent developments with regards to rising valuation Euros and hence OnePlus doesn't have a choice but to spike up its prices keeping the falling value of the currency in mind.

While European countries (EU) where the OnePlus One is available have not been spared, similar changes are expected to hit the Indian market as well, in the coming weeks. "OnePlus has made the difficult decision to adjust pricing for the OnePlus One in the EU. This new pricing strategy affects only those nations using the Euro. We have not yet finalized our pricing policy for India but our Indian users can expect an announcement regarding our pricing strategy in the near future," as highlighted by the OnePlus forum announcement.

In Europe, the phone will be sold for Euros 299 and 349 for 16 and 64GB models respectively, taking it closer to Rs 20,000 and Rs 23,500 respectively, which can be the new prices of Ones in the country. So, inorder to make use of last-chance saloon, buyers can head over to buy the phone, one last time for the original pricing which will be available via Tuesday Open Sales. Also, you'll be pleased to know that OnePlus 2 is pegged for third quarter launch, instead of the April timeframe being speculated around the globe.
