Thanks to various video leaks and reports, much was already known about the HTC’s One M9 before it could be revealed officially. The Taiwanese company finally announced the One M9 as its flagship at the MWC event in Barcelona. Here are its key features and specs.
Design:
The phone looks almost the same as its predecessor but with slight changes that include of a slightly curvier unibody design than before and a two-tone color scheme.
Display:
In terms of display, while others like Samsung and Sony have opted for a QHD display, HTC instead has stuck with a 5-inch FHD display offering 1920×1080 pixels resolution.

Processor:
The phone is powered by a 2GHz Snapdragon 810 octa-core chipset with 64-bit capability coupled with 3GB of RAM, and offers 32GB internal storage with expandable memory support using a microSD card.
Camera:
On the photography front, HTC has brought about a major change by ditching the Duo Camera setup that was introduced with the last year’s One (M8), and replacing the 4-ultrapixel camera with a 20-megapixel camera that is coupled with dual-LED flash. The company essentially has shifted the ultrapixel camera to the front.

Connectivity:
Connectivity options in the phone include of LTE support, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.1, and NFC.
Software:
As far as the software is concerned, it features Android 5.0 Lollipop wrapped under the native Sense 7 UI.
Talking of its launch timeline, the company will be launching the One M9 phone in select markets sometime later this month.
